PhatShaft 66 is a mid to high range turbo upgrade intended for performance and light towing. The PhatShaft 66 comes standard with a 14cm exhaust housing and can be special ordered with a 12cm housing. This turbine features a 65mm turbine exducer. The wategate is set at 45psi when it leaves Industrial Injection however boost levels can be adjusted with the adjustable boost elbow. All PhatShaft turbochargers are equipped with dual grooved bearings and an adjustable boost elbow. The original PhatShaft 66 compliments mid to high range fueling upgrades and can support 350 - 650hp.

Phat shaft 64 for the Dodge Cummins 24 Valve 1998.5 to 2002. Supports 350 - 575hp and can be upgraded for a new Dodge. 64mm extended tip compressor inside a performance compressor housing. Quick spool turbine housing with dual oversized wastegate passages. The Phat shaft comes with high speed dual grooved bearings for extreme duty. Low back pressure turbine wheel attached to a Phat Shaft. The HX40 downpipe and clamp are required for installation

The PhatShaft 62 is the perfect upgrade turbo for towing. The PhatShaft 62 can be purchased with a 12 or 14 turbine housing matched with a 65mm turbine. We suggest a 12 cm turbine housing if the truck has moderate fueling upgrades such as 300hp injectors and a camplate. If the truck has heavier fueling upgrades such as 370hp injectors, aggressive camplate and governor springs then you will be better suited with 14cm housing. The benefit of the 14cm exhaust housing is lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures but it will be slower to spool in daily driving situations. The wategate is set at 40psi to prevent head gasket failure. The PhatShaft 62 compliments moderate fueling upgrades and can support 300 - 550hp. The 62 is a drop in replacement for most application.

The Silver Bullet is our latest effort to achieve perfection. Much like the Super PhatShaft 66 it was designed to handle multiple fueling upgrades and comes equipped with an extended tip 66mm compressor wheel. What separates the Silver Bullet from the Super PhatShaft 66 is our new technology 74mm turbine wheel. The new trim design transfers exhaust gas energy more efficiently than any other turbine on the market. It also allows for better exhaust gas expulsion which results in lower EGt’s and quicker rotor acceleration. The most important benefit of the 74 mm turbine wheel is that it gets rid of turbo surge and broadens the power band range. Another identifying characteristic of the Silver bullet is the polished compressor housing. The Silver Bullet uses a 14 cm exhaust housing in which we modify the angle of the exhaust nozzle, maximize the wastegate ports, and enlarge the wastegate chamber for full wastegate travel. Like all PhatShaft turbochargers it is equipped with dual grooved high performance bearings and an adjustable boost elbow The Sliver Bullet can support over 800hp and is the best all-round turbo on the market
